How long does it take to ship out my order?

Processing time varies since each piece is handmade with care.

On average, orders take about 1 week to be created before shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damage, and we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Since we begin preparing orders quickly, please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel or modify your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?
